Mr. Talmage has been active in the real estate profession since 1971. Until early 1998 when he retired, Mr. Talmage held the additional position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Investment Real Estate Trust (WIRET), now known as Western Properties Trust.
WIRET is a, publicly traded, 300 million dollar owner and operator of commercial properties in the Western United States. Mr. Talmage was responsible for all aspects of the management and development of WIRET's portfolio of 50 plus properties including leasing (commercial and retail), marketing and management.
Prior experience includes Vice President of a major title insurance carrier, with broad experience in land title and escrow issues.

Mr. Talmage was founder of the Professional Property Manager's Association (PPMA), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and has chaired numerous committees for the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Mr. Sinel has been licensed and active in the real estate industry since 1975.
Having managed real estate in San Francisco since 1981, Mr. Sinel's knowledge of the city and the Bay Area is extensive.
Mr. Sinel has been actively involved with local property management organizations and associations and has served as a past President of the Professional Property Manager's Association (PPMA), and has served as an expert witness.
Mr. Sinel actively manages a portfolio of residential, commercial and condominium properties.
