Qualifying for a residential unit requires us to evaluate your income, credit, and past rental history. Co-signers are considered, but please call the office for further information.
Income qualifications. To qualify for a unit, you must earn a minimum of 3 times the monthly rental. Your gross income must be verified through a letter from your employer stating your salary and start date. Credit. We do not require credit, but good credit is helpful. However, any negative credit and evictions will be used in our decision making. Past rental history. Verifying past tenancy and employment references is very important. It is important that correct information is given to us to verify references and past residency. Students and Self-Employed. Be prepared to show financial aid, W-2's, previous year's taxes, or regular deposits of income.
